On 5 August 2025, the Quilter Plc Board declared an Interim Dividend of 2.0 pence per Ordinary Share amounting to £27 million in total. The Interim Dividend will be paid on 22 September 2025 to shareholders on the UK and South African share registers. These condensed consolidated interim financial statements do not reflect this dividend payable.
