
On 16 June 2025 the Board of Wynnstay Properties plc resolved to pay a final dividend of 17.0p per share which will be recorded in the Financial Statements for the year ending 25 March 2026.
Other financial highlights:
- Annual Rental Income is shown in note 2 of the Financial Statements and Underlying Rental Income is the like-for-like income from properties held in the portfolio throughout both years
- Excludes £27,000 of non-recurring costs incurred in 2024 relating to new Board appointments.
- Total accounting return is calculated by combining movements in net asset value and dividends for the period expressed as a percentage of the opening net asset value per share.
