Compass Group Plc an interim dividend of 22.6c per share (2024: 20.7c per share), $384m in aggregate, is payable on 31 July 2025 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 20 June 2025. The dividend will be paid gross and a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) will be available. Shareholders appearing on the Register of Members or holding their shares through CREST will automatically receive their dividends in sterling, but have the option to elect to receive their dividends in US dollars.
