The Tracsis Board has declared an interim dividend of 1.1 pence per share which will be paid on 24 May 2024 to shareholders on the register at 10 May 2024. A final dividend of 1.2 pence per share was paid on 9 February 2024 in respect of the year ended 31 July 2023. The Board intends to pursue a sustainable and progressive dividend policy in the future, having regard to the development of the Group.
