The Bank of Georgia Board today declared an interim dividend of GEL 3.06 per ordinary share in respect of the period ended 30 June 2023, payable in Pounds Sterling on 27 October 2023 to those ordinary shareholders of Bank of Georgia Group PLC on the register of members at the close of business on 6 October 2023, according to the following timetable:
