Subject to approval by shareholders at the upcoming AGM on 19 August 2022, the proposed final dividend of 2.4p per ordinary share will be paid by Volex PLC on 26 August 2022 to shareholders on the register on 22 July 2022. The ex-dividend date will be the 21 July 2022.
