The Directors of Tracsis Plc have declared an interim dividend of 0.9 pence per share which will be paid on 6 May 2022 to shareholders on the register at 19 April 2022. This is a restoration of their progressive dividend policy which was adopted in 2012.
Other financial highlihgts include:
Revenue increased by 31% to £29.2m (H1 2021: £22.2m)
Adjusted EBITDA increased by 14% to £6.2m (H1 2021: £5.4m)
Profit before tax increased by 16% to £1.3m (H1 2021: £1.1m)
Cash balances of £25.1m with no debt (31 July 2021: £25.4m, 31 January 2021: £20.8m)
