G4S BOTSWANA CONCLUDES ACQUSITION OF THE FACILITIES MANAGEMENT GROUP
Further to the announcement it made on 30 December 2011 about the proposed acquisition by G4S (Botswana) Limited of The Facilities Management Group (Pty) Limited ("FMG"), G4S, the world's leading secure solutions group announces that the transaction has completed. The consideration paid however was reduced to £979,300 to reflect the fact that the security division of FMG was disposed of prior to completion.
