Change of Name
Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that following its shareholders agreeing to the Company's change of name proposal at the Annual General Meeting on 28 March 2012 that with effect from today, 1 May 2012, it shall be called Domino's Pizza Group plc.
The Company also announces that its main operating subsidiary, Domino's Pizza Group Limited has changed its name to Domino's Pizza UK & Ireland with effect from 1 May 2012.
