The Company owns retail properties in Europe, such as in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain and Istanbul, Turkey, and focuses on retail properties in shopping streets in old towns in European cities. Its tenants include Zara, GERRY WEBER, H&M, LA PERLA, LOUIS VUITTON, MaxMara and PULL& BEAR, among others.
