Eleco Plc announce a final dividend 0.55p per share The Eleco Plc Board is proposing a final dividend of 0.55 pence per share, which, with the interim dividend of 0.25 pence per share, gives a total for the year of 0.80 pence per share, up 14 per cent (2022: 0.70 pence per share). This is in line with the Group's progressive, sustainable dividend policy.

Eleco Plc announce an interim dividend up 25% to 0.25 pence per share The Eleco Board is increasing the interim dividend by 25 per cent to 0.25 pence per share (H1 2022: 0.20 pence per share), payable on 6th October 2023 to shareholders on the Register on 22 September 2023, and the ex-dividend date will be 21st September 2023.

Eleco Plc Proposes a Final Dividend of 50p Per Share and a Special Dividend of 58p Per Share The Board has decided to recommend a final cash dividend of 0.50 pence per share (2021: 0.40 pence per share). This is in addition to an interim cash dividend of 0.20 pence per share (2021: 0.20 pence per share). Furthermore, they will propose a special dividend of 0.58 pence per share to reward their shareholders' loyalty as they go through the SaaS transition, representing the cash proceeds from the disposal of the non-core ARCON business. The total dividends for the year will therefore be 1.28 pence per share (2021: 0.60 pence per share).
