About Georgia Capital Plc

Georgia Capital PLC is a United Kingdom-based company, which provides platform for buying, building and developing businesses in Georgia and monetizing investments, as they mature. The Company is focused on larger scale investment opportunities in Georgia, which have the potential to reach at least GEL 300 million equity value over 3-5 years from the initial investment and to monetize them through exits, as investments mature. The Company's portfolio businesses include a retail (pharmacy) business, a hospitals business, an insurance business (P&C and medical insurance), a clinics and diagnostics business, a renewable energy business (hydro and wind assets), and an education business. It also holds other small private businesses across different industries in Georgia, which includes 20% equity stake in the water utility business, and 20.6% equity stake in LSE listed Bank of Georgia Group PLC, a universal bank in Georgia.
