Paragon Banking Group announce an interim dividend up 30.6% at 9.4p The Paragon Banking Group Board have declared an interim dividend for the year ending 30 September 2022 of 9.4 pence per share (2021 H1: 7.2 pence), 50% of the 18.9p final dividend declared for 2021. This dividend will absorb £22.7 million of capital and will be paid on 29 July 2022 to shareholders on the register on 8 July 2022.

Paragon Banking Group have announced a final dividend of 18.9 pence per share The Paragon Banking Group Board is proposing, subject to approval at the AGM on 2 March 2022, a final dividend for the year of 18.9 pence per share (2020: 14.4p per share). This would give a total dividend of 26.1 pence per share (2020: 14.4p per share). This dividend would be in line with the stated policy, giving a dividend cover of 2.50 times (2020: 2.50 times).

Paragon Banking announce an interim dividend declared at 7.2p, being 50% of 2020's final dividend The Paragon Banking Group's dividend and distribution decisions in the 2020 financial year were dominated by the potential impact of the Covid pandemic. The strategic decision to build capital in response to the inherent risks posed by the virus meant that no interim dividend was declared for the year. At the 2020 year end a dividend was declared in line with the Group's stated policy of distributing around 40% of earnings to shareholders.

Paragon Banking plc have announced a final dividend of 4.66 pence per share, which takes the total ordinary dividend for the year to 6.16 pence per share, an increase of 28% In light of a strong financial performance, the Paragon Board recommends a final ordinary dividend of 4.66p per share, taking the total ordinary dividend for the year to 6.16p per share. This is an increase of 28% on the previous year and extends their record of increasing their ordinary dividend every year since we paid our first dividend in 2004.

Paragon Banking announce an increased dividend of 9.3% to 21.2 pence per share The Company's previously announced dividend policy of paying out approximately 40% of consolidated earnings to shareholders remains in place, achieving a dividend cover ratio of around 2.5 times, in ordinary circumstances.
