UBS is the market leader in retail and commercial banking in Switzerland and a global wealth manager, a investment banking and securities firm, and one of the largest global asset managers. UBS operates in over 50 countries.

Only in 2012 did UBS resume paying a dividend but analysts are now predicting some impressive dividend increases in the future with a high dividend cover.
NOTE: Distribution of a 20-for-1 stock dividend, resulting in 98,698,754 shares issued to shareholders on 19 May 2008.
The fiscal 2005 & 2006 dividends of CHF 3.20 & CHF 2.20 (paid in 2006 & 2007) have been amended to reflect this split to CHF 0.16 & 0.11
