Redrow is a leading housebuilder and commercial development company which employs over 1,300 people nationwide. It started off in 1974 as a civil engineering company in North Wales before moving into private house builiding in 1980. In 2001, the group acquired Tay Homes for £30m.

Redrow announce an interim dividend of 5pence per share
Redrow plc have declared an interim dividend of 5 pence per share. This will be paid on 8 April 2024 to those shareholders on the register at the close of business on 23 February 2024.
Redrow Plc announce a final dividend of 20.0p
The Redrow Plc Board is proposing a final dividend of 20.0p making a total of 30.0p for the year (2022: 32.0p). Subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting on 10 November 2023, this will be paid on 16 November 2023 to all shareholders on the register at 22 September 2023.

The Redrow Board has declared an interim dividend of 10p, in line with the prior year (2022: 10p). The dividend will be paid on 6 April 2023 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 24 February 2023. For the full year the company intends to maintain its payout ratio of 33%.
Redrow PLC announce an interim dividend up 4pence per share to 10pence per share
The Redrow PLC Board has declared an interim dividend of 10p, up 67% on the prior year (2021: 6p) as they return to a 33:67 payout ratio. The interim dividend will be paid on 8 April 2022 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 25 February 2022.
Redrow PLC announces a final dividend of 18.5p per share
The Redrow PLC Board has proposed a 2021 final dividend of 18.5p per share which will be paid on 17 November 2021 to Shareholders on the register on 24 September 2021, subject to Shareholder approval at the 2021 Annual General Meeting. The full year dividend is therefore 24.5p (2020: nil p) on earnings per share of 73.7p. This is a return to a payout ratio of 33% of earnings following a pause in dividend payments last year due to the uncertainty surrounding the pandemic.
