Subject to approval of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting in June 2024, the Serica Energy PLC Board is proposing a final dividend of 14 pence per share, bringing the total dividend for the year to 23 pence per share. In November 2023 the board paid an interim dividend of 9 pence per share.
In addition, in response to the Board's view on the intrinsic value of the Company, we are today announcing a Share Buyback programme which will contribute to the shareholder distributions in respect of 2024.
