Barr plc Board is pleased to maintain its progressive dividend policy and recommends a final dividend of 12.40p per share to give a proposed total dividend for the full year of 15.05p per share. This represents year-on-year growth of 14.9% (2022/23 : 13.10p). The final dividend is payable on 7 June 2024 to shareholders on the Register of Members at the close of business on 10 May 2024. The ex-dividend date is 9 May 2024.
