The Morgan Advanced Materials Plc Board is recommending a final dividend, subject to shareholder approval, of 6.7 pence per share on the Ordinary share capital of the Group, payable on 17 May 2024 to Ordinary shareholders on the register at the close of business on 26 April 2024. The ex-dividend date is 25 April 2024.
Together with the interim dividend of 5.3 pence per share paid on 17 November 2023, this final dividend, if approved by shareholders, brings the total distribution for the year to 12.0 pence per share (2022: 12.0 pence).
