The Latham (James) Board has declared an increased interim dividend of 7.75p per Ordinary Share (2022: 7.25p). The dividend is payable on 26 January 2024 to ordinary shareholders on the Company's Register at close of business on 5 January 2024. The ex-dividend date will be 4 January 2024.
