Eurocell Plc Board have approved an interim dividend for the six months ended 30 June 2023 of 2.0 pence per share (£2.2 million), representing a decrease of 43% compared to H1 2022. The interim dividend will be paid on 6 October 2023 to shareholders on the register at the close of business at 15 September 2023 and shares will be marked ex-dividend on 14 September 2023.
