The Bisichi Plc announce final dividends in respect of 2022, totalling £1,281,000 was approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on the 6th June 2023 and were paid on the 28th July 2023. The final dividends in respect of 2022 are included as a liability in these interim financial statements. A proposed interim dividend for the year ended 31 December 2023 totalling £320,305 (2022: 1,067,684) was approved by the Board of Directors on 22 August 2023 and has not been included as a liability in these Interim Financial Statements.
